This place looks good on the outside , but one you move in its a whole different story. Parking really stinks, there are so many people visting here that they take up all the parking. Noise is a factor here, in the weekends, its a party. Dont expect to get any sleep. There are definately loud neighbors everywhere. And yes there drug deals going on at this place. Once I saw this going on and police patrolling the complex at night , I had enough. Thank god my lease was coming to an end. I spent 2 days cleaning my apt ,cause I wanted to avoid the fee of $150 for a uncleaned Apt when I moved out. But when time came to give them my keys they still charged me. They charged me for the carpet and others Bull ----. I cleaned my Apt from top to bottom. They just want money when people move out. I asked others who lived here and they told me that they where also charged. The management of the Apt complex are rude and insecure people. Once you sign the lease, there attitude change.
I would suggest that everyone stay away from this place, unless you like noisy neighbors, bad parking , drug deals going on at night, and loud music pounding your walls at 2 in the morning.

So everyone that lives there has loud music at 2 in the morning, drug deals right next to their apartment, problems with parking, etc? Interesting, I don't have any of those problems. No where is perfect, get over it. I'm sure there are parts of the complex (apparently where you were) that there was problems, that's gonna be anywhere. Peole need to think more before they speak, some of these reviews are ridiculous. They're not reviews, they're people crying about, well, how everyday life and living is in this world. Time to wake up people. I currently live here, actually moved BACK here after living here in 2006. My wife, son and I still love it. Only one person in management is even worth anything, ----, I'll give you that. Aside from that I have no problems with the people around me, they have kids and are great people also. We go out at night for walks, never see anything other than other kids playing, people barbequing. To each their own I suppose. But be more realistic, more grown up, and less of a -------- about life.
