My boyfriend, myself, and his son just moved in last weekend and LOVE the place!

After the horrid apartment we had just come from, we tried hard not to get our hopes up too high about the place.

We were pleasantly surprised during the initial walk through. The apartment looked brand new! They had just installed brand new carpeting, there were absolutely NO scuff marks, dings, or holes in any of the walls, countertops, or flooring and the place was spotlessly clean.

The maintenance crew was with us during the move inspection and they were busy installing a new light fixture in our kitchen when we arrived. They were friendly, courteous, and bent over backward to welcome us and to offer their assistance if we ever need it.

So far, we only found some VERY minor things that needed repair (the handle on the microwave door is coming loose and one of the drawers sticks in the master bathroom). We went to the office, and the professional, polite staff wrote up the work order immediately. Maintenance arrived the next day and fixed everything!

The apartment itself is well laid out with huge walk in closets in each bedroom, big bathrooms (one even has a window), high ceilings, rounded corners, lots of double-paned windows, cherry wood cabinetry throughout, a nice recessed wall niche, glass bricks inlaid in the kitchen wall for natural light, and a door that leads from the master bedroom onto the balcony.

The landscaping is gorgeous and properly maintained, and the grounds are absolutely immaculate. You can tell that the maintenance crew takes pride in the job they do!

The apartment itself is very quiet at night (amazing when you are on the ground floor), the parking situation has not yet been a problem for us (my covered space is directly across from my apartment) and our neighbors seem quiet and friendly.

I was amazed to read the negative reviews here. I know that the place changed hands not too long ago, and the office staff admitted that there used to be a problem with some of the tenants here. So far, I have not encountered anything that has lead me to believe that the complex is not safe.

I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a clean, safe, comfortable place to live.
