Worst place to live in Phoenix!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
Management is horrible, the place is in a dangerous area, robbery (I was a victim at this place), theft in parking lot, they do not refund money back even if you were the best tenant! Dirty, unfriendly, green pool & spa. Dog waste everywhere. Do yourself a favor, rent ANYWHERE else...just not at La Serena at Toscana, you will REGRET IT!
