Sounds like it hasn't changed

When I lived here in the late '90's it was awful, so I can't imagine what it must be like now. My complaint wasn't so much the management as it was the tenants (who were either tweakers, runaways or destitute white trash), also noise and crime levels were horrendous. It's funny, it sounds like it hasn't changed, people obviously still get evicted left and right--(I like the last review: 'they evicted me for non-payment, what awful management!') Sorry lady, just because you have a special needs kid doesn't mean management pays your rent when it's due. (Are you stupid') You signed a lease which is LEGALLY BINDING. The lease contains STIPULATIONS and RULES. Property management is a BUSINESS; you're not renting from your Uncle Joebob when you sign a lease with a rental management company. This makes me think you have special needs, too. A brain for one.
It seems that most of the people who complain about management are the ones who have a 'hard time' with the rent, or take frequent shits in the middle of their living room and can't understand why in the world they are charged at move-out, or want the office staff to personally guard their vehicle at night so it won't get stolen... News Flash--you are living in an apartment complex (in this case) that has 400 other units. Everyone else signs a lease JUST LIKE YOU. Everyone who signs a lease has to pay their rent on the SAME DAY as you. (Why do you think leases were conceived to begin with') As far as crime goes, don't leave your computer in your car (wtf'!), don't let people 'borrow' things from you (just say NO--it helps NOT to speak to any of your neighbors in this place) or lastly, a cure-all-- move into a house. In the 2 years I lived at this complex I never experienced a single problem with management or crime. (The place was a total dump and the tenants were nothing short of Deliverance, but that's another story). I paid my rent on time, never once was charged a late fee, and when I moved out I had absolutely no charges whatsoever. It's amazing what happens when you follow the rules and stop insisting on special treatment. (Not to mention what happens when you stop BEING A VICTIM).
Anyway, there you have it in the last review-- typical tenant getting typically evicted from this typical -------- Warning: STAY AWAY if you value your health and sanity.
