Like cops & robbers - w/manager approval From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/19/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   The pool & hot tub have been closed since June 2004, the "business center" is open 10 hrs/wk, there is no health club or "clubhouse." This complex attracts criminals like a magnet,and the police are right behind them. New cars come and go like a car lot, some cars have their windshields smashed, mail room is never locked. Strong-arm robberies in the unlit parking lot/. Pit bulls & rottweilers well over 40 lbs w/tatooed and chain-slinging dog owners. Many "residents" live in "unoccupied" units. Pretty scary for the real tenant.
