Excessive water damage in the apartments covered up with shotty workmanship repairs. The hidden/covered up mold is evident and you will need an air purifier for sure!
The Peace Officers visit frequently and gangs hang out at night. When management does not give a flip because they go home to a different neighborhood they should spend the night in one of the apartments to relate to the suckers who moved in. And they do not show you which apartment you will live in or no one would rent from them. They are all water damaged!!!!

im totally freaking out about what ive read on this site...i just looked at thses apts today and im wondering.. what the hell..crackheads, shooting? crappy water, Acs not working.. water damage, mold what the hell and theres no legal action that can be done for health safety or screeening possible tenents ..you can plainloy see a crackwhore a mile away..
