Well maintained & Managed From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/18/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I've lived here for over a year and a half now. It's unique to find an apartment place where everyone is friendly and personable - manager acutally talks to the residents. Since the new management came in, they spent a lot on exterior upgrades. When it was all done, felt like i had moved but really didnt.
