From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I lived in Oxfrod PLace for a little over 6 months I had many issues when I lived her such as: 1. I was told when originally sighning contract that their was a pet deposit but not to worry about{told by the manager}, Later when new management took over I was told I had to pay the deposit or get out regardless of what I was told. 2.I lived three months in the summer with no AC because their techs kept telling management nothing was wrong, although the unit was 100% frozen and only kicked out hot air, finally when they agreed their was a serious problem whhith the unit I had to move to another unit in the middle of summer and had to clean and discard of trash from old tenant in the replacement unit. This unit also had broken doors, broken cabnitets ece. 3. Not only were these huge issues but the laundry facility was a lways filthy and recked 4. Police were always their for disturbances- Drugs and fighting 5. Cars were stolen on a regular basis from parking lot including mine and my friends 6. Management was not concerened with their tennants as long as rent was paid If i had to give this complex a rating on a scale 1-10 I would give it a -5!!!!!
