OK it is not the Ritz but we like it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   As you see it is not in the best of areas. But for urban living it is great and of course as diverse as Phoenix is you do have all cultures living there. It is wrong for one person to critique one culture's living there. I come from back east ( New Jersey) and we are way more diverse. So it doesn't bother me that hard working families live around me. They don't steal or bother me I am a white female with a son. If I felt threaten in anyway I would move for my son safety. The apartment is very affordable and very conviently close to my work. I like the place but that is me So that is how I see things here. I guess we all see things different from what I read in the last review.
