Newly Remodled From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/13/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I was reading the other two reviews and it seems that things must have changed quite a bit from then till now. I just recently moved in in November and the apartments are beautiful. They have all new appliances and flooring. I heard from the office staff that they are going to put in gates this year to. I had a problem with one of my neighbors being loud when I first moved in and like three hours after I spoke with the assistant manager she was at there door with some kind of letter or something and then a couple weeks later my noisy neighbors were gone! I have never had such fast responses before it was great! And as for roaches......I have not seen a single one so they must have got rid of them. I would recommend this place to everyone.
