Is Las Vistas the worst place to live' No. But it does have its issues. We live in the very front of the complex on the first floor, in a one bedroom. We have lived there for about 4 months. It is fairly quite at night, a few nights there were kids making noise out front, it might be worse in the back where there are more people. The first night we were there the rack to hang the towel on broke. My Boyfriend got a new one from the office and fix it him self. About a week later the chain for the light in the closet broke, still broken. The dish washer does not clean very well at all, then after 2 uses it started leaking all over the floor. The AC works but it s like on or off, there is no middle. I have seen a few bugs, not more then 5. And the Apt was pretty clean when we moved in. The biggest issue we had was trying to get cable, now note the Apt says they are cable ready. This is a lie, their wiring is the worse (cable co. told us in one apt there was no line at all) from what we can tell they cut all the wires to make the outside look nicer. So it took us three weeks of fighting to get them to let the cable people do what they needed to.
All in all you get what you pay for, it's one of the cheaper Apt. Will we stay here, prob not, but it's ok for now. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
