The complex is GREAT. The staff is wonderful, its the location and other things that the apartment cannot control that made me not fall in love with the place. The staff did not inform me that there was a half way house for sex offenders with in a mile. The first time I opened my mailbox, the mandetory sex offender notices came spilling out. There a lot of homeless that like the run around the outside of the property. There is also and insane assylum down the street as well. I lasted less than a week here, but I love the actual apt and the staff, just not the area or some of the other tenants.
