i have lived here for almost 4 years and i love it. its located right downtown and becuase of that you'll have the occasional homeless, traffic, and whole city feel..the area is not the greatest, however, it is a gated community and there is on site security, the poilce station is located right down the street too..the complex is pretty clean and it can get a little loud..but what would city life be with out that''' its conveniently located to many downtown attractions and a beautful downtown night life!
