The Legacy Bungalows are better than nothing. It's located in the worst part of Downtown, Phoenix though. I've lived here for about a year, the maintenance is good, and so are the staff. It is a gated community, so that makes it safer for us to live there. The most frequent problem for me was the power going out a lot, and the traffic in the morning and in the evening. And if you live on the first floor by the pool, you may get FLYING ROACHES. But the maintenence will spray for you. SO no big deal. There is crackheads and prostitutes and some homeless people, but they don't bother the apartments or the people in the apartments, so it's fine. There is no store withing a mile, which sucks. The pricing is pretty good, and so is the sqare feet. There is a Circle K, Church's Chicken, and Mc Donalds nearby. The rest around the apartments are buisness buildings or motels. I do recommend living there.
