Don't do it! The management at Legacy Bungalow Apartments is terrible. The Manager is incompetent and her office staff is worse. Missing paperwork, falsified documents, deleted phone calls and back dated notices combined with the staffs unwillingness to keep their administrative files and procedures within compliance of the law can make your life a living hell...believe me...it can happen. I paid my rent every month for a year and a half. After two screw ups by the apartment complex, back dated paperwork and falsified documents were created to conveniently remove me from the premises while keeping the fee incurred by them hidden. Also, the roofs are caving in (I swear the building I lived in was slanting to the right after a year), and the security gate is a joke...I don't know why they bother when it's open half the time...and when it's closed residents can't utilize it anyway because it doesn't work or dials the wrong number.

Sounds like you didn't get your way about something.... I can't understand either your statement on the gates I am pleased they removed all the access codes and the gates are always closed!! I have been here for 2-3 years and the only time the gates were open is when someone ran into them late on Sat. night and they had a company come out Monday to set them back on track.... And being that every building settles eventually maybe this is what happened to yours??? I have also never had a problem with getting anything I needed and each time I request something from my file it is always right there.

How does the original post sound like the person didn't get their way? It sounds to me like the apartment management had some problems and didn't want anyone to know about em. haha...I like the reason for the slanting building too...settling...hehe
