I have lived here for years and have had no problems with the complex or the office staff. There was a while when the manager was gone running other properties as well and I felt like the call back time was longer than before, but the office staff can handle mostly anything any ways. The bad reveiws you normally read on these places are upset old tenants that didn't follow the policies of the community or probably want sympathy votes when they paid there rent late or not at all!!!!! Each time I go into the office they sre always eager to help, and right then.....Maintenance is quick in there response time. Now don't get me wrong it is in Downtown Phx. but if you are ok with city life you will love it as much as myself and all my neighbors I have talked to who have continued to live here for years, just as I will:):) There are so many bored/angry people in the world who have nothing better to do than bash those who are doing the right thing.... Take responsibility for your actions and stop making it someone else's problem and doing dumb stuff like this(read below you will see what I mean).......
