A bullet came through my living room floor one night and management has done nothing about it! They keep giving me the run around after my life was put in danger. Do not live here.

All feedback is welcomed to management as we strive to provide exceptional customer service to all of our residents and prospective residents. Concerning the incident as reported by the resident above, management did respond to the "accidental gun discharge", as quoted in the Phoenix Police report (public record), by serving the accused neighboring resident with an Immediate Notice of Eviction for Health and Safety. We were pleased that the resident did if fact comply and vacated the apartment in less than 24 hours. As unfortunate as this incident is, we are happy to report that no one was hurt. Furthermore, concerning communication to the neighboring resident, management did communicate with the above concerned and later attempted to follow up with them by way of telephone, voicemails and written correspondence. To date, we have not received a response from the resident. As always, we would be happy to address any additional concerns. As stated in all Arizona Residential Agreements "Resident hereby agrees and acknowledges that management and owner shall not provide and shall have no duty to provide any security services to Resident or Apartment Community.... Resident agrees and acknowledges that protection against criminal action is not within the power of Management and Owner, and, even if from time to time Management provides security services..." The Management of Legacy Bungalows has chosen to provide a DETERRENT by utilizing the courtesy services of off duty Phoenix Police officers, which is paid for by Management. Management is also actively involved in Phoenix's Crime Free Multi-housing Program and we have a POPS officer living on site as an additional deterrent. Community involvement has been encouraged on numerous occasions including Neighborhood Watch Programs and community socials. Management, along with any other community, will never be able to predict situations that will occur with any multi-housing living, but management at Legacy Bungalows takes GREAT PRIDE in its community and takes criminal activity VERY seriously and responds to these situations accordingly upon notification. Legacy Bungalows is a wonderful community! We offer amenities such as a 24-hour fitness center, an inviting pool with Jacuzzi and a complementary resident business center. Our floor plans are very spacious and designed for comfort. In all, it is a GREAT place to live. We invite you to stop in today, take a tour and determine this for yourself.
