Management is ridiculously disorganized!!! We moved in and couldn't use our shower for the first 24 hrs (they didn't tell us about that one), our mailbox had to have the lock changed so we couldn't receive mail for a couple of days, they gave us the wrong keys to the front door so when we came in we had our hands full of stuff and the wrong keys, they forgot to give us a pool key, they told us we would have to pay for a pest control service only AFTER it was done and wound up paying five times what we should have paid, didn't take our rent until we paid the pest control bill and threatened to say we were in violation of our lease if we didn't, they gave someone a key to our garage and when my husband came home some other guy's car was in it, he had to wait in his truck outside until police came and sorted everything out and we never got an apology. Our neighbors upstairs made so much noise and had their music so loud we had to call the police more than five times, our neighbors throw trash all over the stairs and let their dog poop and just leave it there... etc. etc. etc. Breaking the lease costs too much so we're stuck here for another couple of months. DON'T LIVE HERE.

The management is HORRIBLE over there. They are the most incompetent group I've ever dealt with. Twice I had notices on my door threatening to take me to court for non payment of rent...turned out that the staff misplaced my money order...not once...twice! and then they turned around and tried to make me pay the legal fee's because of their screw-up. The manager is a joke and so are her lackies.

Agreed. It's too bad management is so horrible--the facility itself and the maintenance people are awesome!
