I lived there for almost 2 years and i liked the apartment itself, very modern and nice. Couldn't really hear the neighbors but you could definately here the stairs when people walked up them. The only other problem apartment wise was the fact that the neighbor smoked in his bathroom and you couldn't walk into our bathroom without choking...it was pretty bad!! Management is where the problem comes in, they have double standards and bad communication. i moved out and it took 2 mos to hear anything from them regarding a move out statment, and it was from a collection agency!! I never heard a single thing from them and for them to send it to a collection agency isn't right. Needless to say i am dealing with them. The amount owed is a bogus claim due to it being their say on things to not clean. I have a written statement from them stating to leave the walls due to them having to paint cause we had the "old style" same with a few other problems. It's rediculous the lack of communication there is and the lack of concern on their part. Good luck and make sure to stay on their "good side" so you get the good treatment.

Totally agree! I liked my apartment and the location. It was, for the most part, quiet, and the neighbors were very friendly and polite. It was the MANAGEMENT THAT SUCKED. Not just the typical suck, I mean the kind that you wonder how they even hold a job suck. They're worthless and incompetent on so many levels.
