This complex is mediocre

I lived at Lexington for about 2 years. The apartments are nice and the exterior is very pleasing to the eye. The area is great. It is also pretty neat that they allow dogs of all sizes. This is a BIG plus to me because most nice places have all kinds or restrictions and guidelines when it comes to pets. If you jave 2 large pets you are really limited with choices when it comes to luxury apartment living.
The parking is the worst I have ever seen. Mt spot is on the ohter side of the property so I never use it. When I invite guests over there is nowhere to park unless thy park in the back of the property near the canal.
The exercise facility really need some upgrading if they are to stay competitive. The only thing they have cardio equipment and a set of dumbells. This is really a huge problem for me because staying fit is very important to me. As for the noise level it is no different from any other apartment I've lived, luxury or not, apartment living is apartment living.
I think that you can find much better for the money.
