Lexington on Central

I rented from this complex for approximately 7 months. The rent was reasonable, however the service from the office was very poor. It took a week or more to complete basic repairs-three weeks to replace a broken bedroom door from when I first moved in.
When I moved out at the end of my lease, I was totally ripped-off with my security deposit-given $8 back out of $200. Since when do apartment complexes charge you to clean the carpet' They charged me for hook holes in the ceiling-I didn't even notice these when I moved in-I wasn't aware I needed to check for ceiling damage.
Yes, the parking is very tight. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors all too well. This is not a luxury apartment complex as the management claims-you get what you pay for.
