i have a friend who lives their i spend a lot of time at the lexington i have had to park outside the gate and they can never get their repairs done only on person to do the work and he is their one or two days a week and the pool which never gets cleaned all ways dirt on the bottom i would never go in the hot tub it is never cleaned the staff is o.k from yhe outside it looks great ther are very over priced on their rent you could get a lot more for your money, so think befor you sign
