I lived at Mandarina for a year and I wasn't there for the construction, but I had the best experience. If you think there is an apartment somewhere that never has any crime, noisy neighbors, or parking problems, you're living in a dream world. In the year I was there I knew of only one car getting broken into. It was so quiet I didn't realize I had next-door neighbors for about three months. Overall, the staff was great, the units were huge, the grounds were beautiful, and the pool was always open. If I ever move back to Arizona, I'm moving back to Mandarina.
