I lived here for a year and I really like it. Since they've put up the street lights for the light rail it kinda sucks but other than that..it's not bad for apartments. You will always have yucky people who live in apartments so of course there are the people who dont clean up after their dogs and leave them on the patio allllll night long but i just call noise control and that takes care of it and i just dont let my dogs go to the little dog area. It's very pretty and small and everyone's really friendly. ------- is gone and she was the best and the manager is great but the other kid..i think his name is ------..he's pretty annoying. I'm a heavy sleeper so the noise doesnt bother me because its honestly not even that loud. i leave my windows open all the time. the gates have been open the whole time ive lived here but that was due to light rail construction. i never see any weirdos walking around its really very quiet. definitley don't live on the 1st floor there- its where people leave their trash for trash days. its worth the wait to get the apartment you want- courtyard or pool views are the best. I haven't had any problems with parking but i have a garage because, lets be honest, apartments are gross and have gross people so its not worth the risk with az being the highest of car theft and break ins. i use my carport space for friends or people who stop by. overall its great and safe when you consider the norm for apartments in Tempe or Phoenix.
