Maya Linda Apartments

Great for short term winter rental. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/7/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The apartments had good storage and lighting. The D/W doesn't really work too good. The neighborhood is a little rough, and whites are definately the minority. Have to watch your laundry or it will get stolen. In April with the $35 move-in special, lots of scary people moved in. When I moved out April 15th, cops with guns and dogs were chasing someone at 1 am through the complex. Lots of young jerks with loud cars that left at 6 am to wake you up. Seemed pretty good from Jan - March though. Very accommodating to short term renters and pets. Would recommend 2nd floor.
