Roaches, Noisy Neighbors = Zero Mgmt Action

I lived in the Ghetto of Maya Linda for 4 mos. in 2003; next to a really noisy neighbor who'd play his blasted TV / Stereo from 11:30 pm to 2:00 am almost every night.
When I complained to Maya Linda Mgmt., my letter, in person and via fax. They only made a number of really inspid excuses, and basically refused to act (can we say greedy here').
This was no ordinary noise level - we're talkin' IT WAS L-O-U-D.
"Oh he's a good tenant" Oh really!'
Then I asked them to move me 2 doors away, they did finally get me outta there but the noisy dude still played on. To add insult to injury, the drunken Neanderthals called neighbors upstairs and down the hall would yak on balconies / walkways / stairs using their flippin' cell phones talking really loud in the early morning. No sleep!
So I finally bailed from the roach-infested hovel. Now their legal beagles are tryin' to get me for so-called water & sewer bill utilities for the remainder of their gouging lease term & the lease rent. Nuttin doin' Mgmt needs a serious enema to get their Ostrich heads outta their Do-Nothing posteriors!!!
What an over-priced hole! Place was a joke, Poor Mgmt., slow maintenance, and oh did I say HUGE cockroaches' So glad I left .... super nasty ... Yuck!
Never, never, never rent there again!!!
