Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000
My family lived here for two years 1998-2000. Management at that time was excellent. The apartments were clean with good storage and the views were excellent. Very close to great shopping at Paradise Valley Mall or 7th street for groceries (AJ's). We faced the golf course and Mountain Preserve. No noise problems as other reviewers have had, but that really depends on who the management team is and who your neighbors are. Management teams change frequently here in Phoenix. For instance, we have had three management teams in only 2 years at the apartments we are at now. Thank goodness it is also quiet and even more beautiful where we are at now.
