I have had more problems at this property than I've EVER had at any of my past apts combined! Let's start with noise....VERY noisy apts, you can hear your neighbors very well through the walls/ceiling. I had a big problem getting the office staff to sent out a noise complaint, until I had called the police a few times. I had 5 guys living above me, partying every night, loud bass music, etc. It took a miracle to get them moved/evicted, even though I was seriously calling the police like 4-5 times/week! There has been a ton of theft here as well. Cars stolen, broken into, etc. Someone broke into the mail box, pulled the BIG door that covers all the boxes OFF and took what they wanted! Just because this is a "gated community", don't think for a second that it is safe! I would definately NEVER live here again-I'd stay in my car first!!!
