This MIRADOR Apt IS BAD not to say run by BAD management that just sucks all around!!!!!!!!!!! All the BAD remarks already are soooooo TURE times 10.
Maintenace sucks......... I practically called them every week to fix something. TO make things WORST, they don't fix it right the first time around. Sometimes it must just slip there minds!
WOrst of all my car has golf ball dings from the damn golf course. Definately not worth living here.
The apartments look nice from the outside but certainly are overpriced for what you get.
VERY NOISY neighbors!! Barking dogs especially at night when your sleeping, parties every weekend, screaming people, stereos too LOUD, TV's...etc. You name it and you'll hear it.
The walls and ceilings are like thin wax paper. You hear everything upstairs, downstairs and just all around. Some are even things you shouldn't hear.
When you hear Mirador Apt 1550 E Thunderbird Road..... Drive away or RUN in the other direction as FAST as you can. This is not the place to speand your hard earn $$$$ nor your chump change for some. Good luck and your better off elsewhere.
Why do you think it took me a couple months to find another apartment elsewhere. Take my advice and beat it to another apt complex. You made the right choice reading these reviews.
