We just moved in to a 1 bd rm on the 3rd floor on the east part of the property.

I have to say that the plummbing in the walls is pretty loud.

I think one other user mentioned something about this in one of the previous posts.

We are on the 3rd floor, so dont know what the toilet flush from above sounds like, but I feel sorry for the female living below us.

It is just loud within the apartment.

The wall between the bathroom and the walking closet is common, so when I wake up in the morning I have to closed the closet door so that the water noise does not wakeup my wife.
Neighbours are very friendly as it has more families living there rather then just young party people (which I dont mind at all :) ).
Love that fact that the place so close to nature.

You can see rabbits hopping around the place all the time and the dont seem to be scared of humans.

Hopefully there are no scorpions that can climb to the 3rd floor.
There are a lot of windows in the living & dinning room.

This can be both good and bad.

Good for the natural light all day long and air circulation, bad because the rooms could more hot during summers and cold during winters.
So lets see how well the place holds up to my expectations.
