Management subpar, maintenace training on the job and pushy

This place would be very good if not for the
maintenance guys walking around watching
your every move. They feel free to enter
any apartment they want when residents are
at work without office permission which is against the law.
They are great survelliance guys if that
is their objective, but cant fix anything
without two return visits, ever.
It seems management cant make a desision
without consulting them which is ass backwards. They chat so much every day I
have no idea when they do any work.
Now about the security person who roams
around every so often. This guy is the real
life Barney Fife. He weighs about 98 pounds,
carries a handgun, and holds a police scanner. Wannabee cops are such a sight to behold, buy you dont need them pulling a sidearm on someone they percieve as a threat to his manhood. Instead of watching out for breakins on cars and apartments that happen, he rather be slapping no parking stickers on residents' cars instead. I feel so much safer when that pshyco is at his day job making deliveries in his pickup.
On the plus side the landscaping is nice. The landscapers do a great job on the trees, grass, and rocks. But, they also love to blow dirt in the lot upon every single car every week! Those few people made life miserable here. Too bad.
