I lived here for a one year lease and this is the list. I had my car spraypainted OR in green on christmas morning. My girlfriends car window was bashed in and since they couldnt get the radio out they stabbed it with a screw driver. And They busted her tiny window in the back a month later. Thats three strikes. My ac unit caught on fire while i was sleeping. Ruined my carpet for days. My water was shut off atleast three days i lived there. The maintenace man will fix your stuff, but he only caters to --------- like myself. Security comes by only on friday nights and saturday. They leave at like midnight. So That does no good. People dont park in there assigned spots. Making you park in the ungated part. Whick can be bypassed anyway due to no gate. If they get into your car. The damn remotes in there duh!
The one good thing is the yard and trees.
Every monday they come and start weedeating and mowing and equipment trucks and backing up maintenace trucks all at the convienient hour of 6am. I just love to wake up to that. Also if your laying there and your neighbor takes a shower youll know it. Loud pipes suck. Stairs are very steep. And the office only has 2 people. Thats it!!!!
When i complained about my car they said theres nothing they can do. Please the rent is great but not worth your safety or time.
