I lived here for a year with my best friend from 03-04. While we were there, it was not that bad but it had its moments. One day they had a community bbq, and I am certain they blew out a fuse because during the event, we heard a large boom, and all the power went out, and it was out for a while. We look outside and see a large electrical cord running from a utility box and the maintenace people looked stupified. Our A/C went out on a different occasion, so bad that they had to put us in a hotel for a day (thats after we stayed in a hotel the night before) just because it was so hot, and they couldnt fix the problem right away.
My best friend still lives, there and now there is a new "co-manager" who is a witch with a b in front. She gives him nothing but attitude and doesnt have a clue about anything. The best things going for it is that it is decently priced and is near the biltmore area. All in all, still not worth it. Oh, only a laundry room, and clothes tend to come out worse then when they go in. Lastly, there always seems to be a smell of gas fumes near a gas meter. Doesnt seem to safe.
