i've lived here since last september. at first it was ok, but then a loud neighbor moved upstairs. despite repeated calls to the after-hours security and police the office refused to take further action. when we asked to move apts we were told we would have to pay the relocation fee of $150.00 which i found ridiculous!! the staff is ok, they only communicate if you've violated an agreement. once i looked around at other apts i discovered we were paying way too much for a one bedroom in that area. word to the wise: look elsewhere before settling on these apts!!
