Terrible and rude management, residents are awful, people are drinking and screaming. NOISE, NOISE, NOISE, you can hear your neighbors, you can hear screams coming from pool area, you can hear the big AC machine outside of the building working like a truck engine.
There is no security. Some neighbour was arrested a couple months ago because he fired a gun in the apartment complex.
Parking lots are far from apartments. There are cockroaches, maintenance is terrible, very dirty.
It doesnt worth the money you give. You can find much cheaper places with that awful quality. Do not move to Monarch apartments. I hated this place and I am moving out this week. Utilities are not included and you even dont know what they are charging for.
Before you lease they lie about everything, but after you sign it, you dont get anything you heard. I never saw worse place. DONT ever bother to call, believe me, I have a master degree (MBA), I know what I am talking about.
