Mostly nice because it's new, so I expect that it will get worse over time. Maintenance guy was responsive. Other staff not so great. Despite 40-day notice of when we were moving in, they didn't have the apt ready-- we had to stay in a hotel for a night, which they reimbursed for, but didn't make me happy. Lied about pool heater being "broken" (was off during winter to save money). Pool and appliances are very nice though. Location near canal and South Mtn is great. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
