Have lived in apartments for past two years. Some acquaintances have been broken into, numerous car vandalisms. Next door rental property is lower income; many unsavory characters can be seen wandering through complex, breaking into pool areas, etc. Apartments somewhat decent, but starting to show wear. Great pet policy and maintenance man is PHENOMENAL!!! Management usually friendly but unresponsive and often fails to follow through on assurances. For a "gated" community, the property is extremely unsecure, with the fence only 2 feet high in some places and the gates frequently broken. On two different occassions, tenants could be seen walking around with handguns and other weapons.
