I lived at the Montana for 2 years. After reading some of the comments it's obviously clear that some people have it out personally for the property. I haven't had any problems with anything and find some of the statements documented to be retalitory only and don't feel that the owner should suffer in any way. I use the fitness center every day and nothing has ever been broken. I don't understand the 2nd posting. It is stretched quite a bit. The property is at the base of South Mountain and is expected to have pests. I have found a few scorpions in the apartment but the office staff has always sprayed my aprtment at no cost upon request. There is not an overwhelming flood of this pest. Only common expected sitings that was brought to my attention upon renting.

Arizona is a fire arm friendly state. But there is no reason to carry a weapon on property, more than any other place in the state.

The property is kept up well and the maintenance staff is wonderful. Parking can be an issue at times on the weekend but it is noticable upon coming on site. The community is fully occupied I was told which would obviously be a contributing factor to the parking.

Most of all it is a quiet and peaceful property. I have lived in many apartments throughout the country and find this property to be great. Nothing super bad and nothing super good. They allow me to live in peace and take care of concerns as presented by residents.

Take a tour yourself or speak with a few residents (they are all really nice)to really see for yourself. That would be the only way to get a good (or bad) vibe of the property.
