I have been living here for over a year, I just renewed my lease and was really disappointed to see the previous managment leave. I was also not pleased with the increase in rent so the word LUXURY can be tossed in the ad. My apartment has not had any LUXURY additions made too, as far as I know the only changes made were done myself. I'm sure many residents can agree that the only LUXURY changes that have been made are in the rental office. As far as noise goes, on occasion there are those who want to blast their music, stomp up/down the stairs, walk with their heel(so annoying) or leave their kids unattended to run around and detroy the property! I have made a complaint about a loud party and music blasting and it was not taken care of! In comparison to the previous managment - they would not have tolerated it. I also have had a maintenance issue and it has not been taking care of, after my next REMINDER that will be my 5th request to get my maintenance issue fixed!
FYI - COX communications owns all the phone,internet and digital lines, so you DO NOT HAVE THE CHOICE to use any other provider!

On the plus side - my apartment is roomy, full size washer and dryer, nice view and it's usually quiet.
