	Used to be a showcase. Unlocked security gates (locks were removed!) Crumbling asphalt in parking lot driveway Remote driveway gates sometimes stuck in open position Evap cooler in laundry room functions as a heater....3 years now Responsive but "butcher-like" maintenance ... more
