I moved to Monteverde at the beginning of 2005. The apartments I was shown looked nice and the complex seemed quiet.
However the last few months have been pretty awful. Noise is a constant problem. My neighbors are loud and I can hear every time they walk around their apartment. Cars blast their stereos in the parking with no concern for anyone but themselves. No respect at all.
The quality of the tenants has dropped significantly. It now seems that they will let anyone live at Monteverde. Sure there may be Mercedes, BMWs, and other nice cars scattered throughout the parking lot, but don't let that fool you! The complex is getting more ghetto by the day.
Parking is a problem if you have two cars. You are only assigned one covered parking spot. If you arrive late in the evening, good luck trying to find an uncovered parking spot.
The fitness center is nice, but it is the size of a master bedroom. It is usually full in the evenings and is too small for a complex the size of Monteverde. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
