It's not luxury, but it's what I paid for!

I agree some residents really are a bunch of whiners! I've been relocated to Phoenix since February. After all the apartment searching, this was the nicest place with the best price with everything I needed (not wanted)! What more can you ask for, a nice living space, contemporary, new equipment, nice management staff, workout room...etc. Ok, garbage sometimes can be a problem, but it's been improving. Security is seen on site all the time. We are in a bad area but you chose to live here when you decided to move in, so don't blame it on the securities! And in fact, so far so good, I don't have to worry about my safety when I come home from work late at night. Parking can be an issue, but simply just leave a nice note for the person, and people will move their car. In the mean time, suck it up, cos' it can happen anywhere! Location is around the corner of some major freeways, it's convenient, close to the airport, close to Scottsdale, close to Tempe...the noise level can be high sometimes, but this community was built to have a lot of residents in each building, of cos' there're going to be noises, and actually, I never hear my neighbors, only when they are in the hallways. And there's another reason why I chose to live on the third floor (even though I hate climbing the stairs), so I can be away from the parking lot, and nobody will be walking on top of me! People should think about things like that if they bother you! Any apartment you go to will be he same, unless you want to pay the price for it, or simply, get yourself a house and it will solve all the problems.
