Last Impressions From: einzige Date posted: 11/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   I've lived here a year. I'm moving out. If you're an irresponsible dog owner then Monte Verde is the complex for you. You'll be able to leave your dog's turds pretty much anywhere on the grounds you like. Your dog will be able to bark and whine at all hours of the day and night, too. The barbecues are placed in the breezeways between buildings, so on nights when it's nice out you're sure to get an apartment full of smoke and lighter fluid fumes. You are guaranteed to hear a car alarm go off at least 3 times a day. Make sure your car doesn't have really nice rims. It's possible it'll be up on blocks one morning.
