If you are thinking about moving into Monte Viejo, RUN!!!! This apartment complex is terrible.

Our apartment is supposed to be brand new and we are already having tons of problems.

Cracking walls, leaking faucets, terrible carpet, nasty water, etc.

We hate it here.

The noise is so bad that we can't even sleep at night.

It seems more like a college party spot than a place to live.

The parking lot is a place for people to hang out and party when they aren't keying the cars.

Our car has been keyed four times since we moved in here.

It has also been wrecked and ofcourse, the people left.

This is probably due to the parking spots being made for festivas and used by raised up trucks.

If you complain to the management they won't do a thing.

The only reason people don't complain is because they will tell everyone else in the community about you.

This place is very trashy.

The only people that like it here are the ones who just graduated from their double wides or underage residents that can't rent anywhere else.

The average apartment carries 4-5 people.

The police are in the complex on a regular basis and the only time something is sent to residents is when they are complaining about dogs crapping around the complex.

Ofcourse, when the grounds can be seen by people looking to rent here.

They don't care about the people that already pay rent to live here.

The partying and noise is way too much to take.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
