I heard about this site from my neighbor who recently posted a review about Monte Viejo. I also wanted to express our opinion about the complex. We really enjoyed our apartment until a couple months ago. The tenants that have moved in to this complex have been nothing but trouble. It's almost like the management doesn't care who lives here. Our building is very loud because of the people that hang out in front of the building. You wouldn't think they would put a bench and a big ash tray outside someones apartment but they did. It's almost encouraging people to hang out and be loud. It's very aggravating to know that there are normal people that live here and we aren't given any kind of respect from the office staff. Everything we have said to them is never handled. They are very friendly to your face but nothing ever gets done. You would think there would be some form of onsite security for the community but there is not. They advise you to call the community officer but when you do, you never get a call back and he never shows up to handle the problem. I would HIGHLY advise not moving here. My family is starting to feel the lack of sleep that we have encountered since we moved in. Not worth the money for the area either.
