Since moving into my apartment the staff has continued to be very friendly and professional. Apartment complexes that I have leased from in the past were friendly until you moved in and then they treated you like 'just another resident'. I can honestly say that the minor problems I have had when i moved in were taken care of very professionally by the office staff, maintenance, and contractors. Being a contractor myself, I understand how frustrating it is dealing with clients living in a fairy tale and expecting a brand new building not to have minor punch list items or minor cracking as a foundation settles. Reading some of the past reviews makes me questions the integrity and education of some of my neighbors...

As far as noise level, this is the quietest apartment I have lived in yet - and there have been several I have lived in since I moved to Phoenix in 1997. Because I work from my apartment, noise is one item that I am very picky about.

Overall, I highly recommend Monte Viejo.
