ill start off by saying i love the place.

It does have minimal probems just like every other apartment complex.

i have lived there for a year now and i will first list all the negative.

sometimes i can hear doors slam and people yelling outside and i can see where it may be a problem for some people but it has never been a problem for me...yet.

i know some of my neigbors can hear people walking around and making noises above them (problems i dont have on 3rd floor) so i would recommend living on 3rd floor.

i agree that the rooms are probably priced pretty high for the square footage.i have found 3 crickets in my apartment- no big deal.

there are some instances where people bring glass bottles to the pool.

now on a positive note.

i dont think you could find a better staff.

they really do there best to handle any problems.

parking has never been a problem for me, but when i have friends visit, they have to park pretty far away.

most of my neigbors are super nice.

i love the fact that they have haagan das, breakfast, coffeebar, and monthly parties.

in all i would definitely recommend monte viejo.
