What' I live right here and don't call me or any of the others liars for posting the truth about this place.
The staff only knows my name because I have had to point out their incompetence way too many times, they have done nothing but lose my packages and the free drinks or anything else are sporadic at best.
(Note: UPS delivered my packages to the office without any problems, therefore I blame the staff for losing them.)
This place is not a home.
Words like fantastic, incredible and great do not apply.
The staff better get out their thesaurus again.
All of their positive posts are starting to look alike.
My advice is find someplace else to rent if you really have to rent.
It can't be any worse than this place already is.

If your reviews were even remotely accurate, no one would have to point out how wrong they are. The Office staff is great and the place is really nice. They aren't UPS, so don't blame them for whether your packages made it there or not. Try being less bitter--You'll live longer.

Well I am not renting at Monte Viejo apartments after serious consderation due to these reviews..Although I am smart enought to figure out that it is mostly one crazy person who has a 'bone to pick" but I did check the crime report and it is WAY too long for me ...So right or wrong I have decided not to rent...so thanks anyway..and unhappy person I really hope your lease is up soon!!!
