I have lived at this apartment for almost 8 months now and I can't wait for my lease to end.
It can't be soon enough.
The staff is very friendly but that hardly makes anything better.
We hate it here.
It's noisy and the apartments are falling apart.
Our apartment cost 135 bucks to keep cool this month due to the windows and doors not being sealed.
Homes don't even cost as much to run the AC and it was on 72.
I find it interesting that every negative feedback has been followed by a positive.
Nice try by the apartment complex.
Why would anyone that enjoyed their apartment have any reason to look for a site like this'''' Find something that is worth the price!

Hello- I am one of the happy residents at this community- and would like to tell you I came from a home and my bill was $250-$275 so $130 is pretty cheap for a 110-115 degree weather... If you think it is an apartment issue and you think the staff is so nice why wouldn't you give them a chance to fix it and not come on this site? I think that most people have a right to an opinion whether unhappy or not- wouldn't you agree? My husband works for the police department and I would like to see that police report because according to him and the officers patroling this area, this place is pretty great.
