Love it! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/29/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   These are some of the craziest comments I have ever heard. I have been here since the place opened and I have never had any problems. I think people forget that this is a "apartment community" and nothing is ever perfect (although I believe it is pretty darn close). If you want a guaranteed parking space go buy or rent a house. In all of my years of renting I have never come across a perfect parking situation, and it is not that bad here. There have been a few noisy times but what do you expect with this many apartments. Again, go rent a house, but even then you might have noisy neighbors. I think some people are just grumpy and no matter what the awesome office staff does (and they are on top things)it just does not matter. I also have not come across any other communities that do as much for us as the office staff. They are so friendly and helpful, they have parties for us (and they are a blast), they have breakfast for us and I love the coffee bar, which I frequent quite often. Trust me, you would be very fortunate to live here, unless you are a sad, grumpy person, then stay away!
